Do you understand the idea of Problem + Solution Marketing, but then sit there staring at your phone thinking:

“Okay...but what do I actually write?”

That is where AI can help you.

Not to run your business.

Not to copy and paste some robotic advertisement.

And definitely not to remove you from your marketing.

I want you to use AI for one simple job:

Help me brainstorm ideas.

That's it.

You already learned the main marketing lesson: main marketing lesson

Don't just market what you clean. Market the problem your cleaning service can help solve.

Now let's use AI to help you come up with those ideas.

Why I Wouldn't Just Ask AI:

You could open ChatGPT and type:

“Write me a house cleaning ad.”

But you may get something very generic.

Something like:

“Are you tired of cleaning? Let Sparkle Cleaning Services transform your home into a spotless sanctuary!”

Gal...

😂

That could belong to anybody.

It doesn't know:

  • who you're trying to reach

  • where you work

  • what season you're marketing for

  • what problem the homeowner is dealing with

  • what kind of cleaner you are

  • how you naturally talk

  • or what you actually offer

The more useful information you give AI, the better starting ideas it can give you.

So I created a prompt to help you do that.

First — Pick the Problem

Before you touch the AI prompt, think about this:

What is happening in my potential client's life right now?

Maybe it is:

Spring

The house feels dusty and closed up from winter.

Summer

The kids are home more.

There may be more traffic through the house.

Back-to-School

Everybody is trying to get back into a routine.

Fall

People are getting ready for cooler weather and upcoming holidays.

Holidays

Shopping.

Cooking.

Decorating.

Guests.

Work.

Family.

A whole lot going on!

That is your starting point.

Not:

“I clean bathrooms.”

Start with:

“What is making life harder for this homeowner right now?”

The Simple Marketing Formula

Here is the formula I want the AI to help you work with:

Problem → What They'd Rather Be Doing → How You Can Help → Result

For example:

Problem:

Busy getting ready for holiday guests.

What they'd rather be doing:

Shopping, cooking, decorating, spending time with family.

How you help:

Take regular house cleaning off their plate.

Result:

A cleaner home and one less thing to worry about.

Now we can turn that into marketing.

Copy + Paste This AI Prompt

Copy this entire prompt into ChatGPT or the AI tool you prefer.

Then replace the sections inside the brackets with information about your business.

House Cleaning Problem + Solution Marketing Prompt

I have a local house cleaning business and I want help brainstorming marketing ideas based on a real homeowner problem instead of simply listing cleaning services.

Here is my information:

Season or occasion: [Spring / Summer / Back-to-School / Fall / Holidays / Moving / New Baby / Busy Work Season / Other]

Area I serve: [Your city or local area]

Type of client I want to reach: [Busy families / working professionals / retirees / homeowners preparing for guests / etc.]

Problem they may be dealing with: [Explain the problem]

What they would probably rather spend their time doing: [Explain]

Cleaning service I can realistically offer to help: [Regular cleaning / deep cleaning / kitchen + bathrooms / move-in cleaning / etc.]

How I want the client to feel after hiring me: [Less stressed / relieved / prepared / comfortable / refreshed / etc.]

My tone: Simple, helpful, friendly, local, professional, and not overly salesy.

Please give me 5 different marketing ideas using this formula:

Problem → What They'd Rather Be Doing → My Cleaning Service As Help → Result

For each idea:

  1. Give me one short headline.

  2. Give me 2–3 simple sentences I could use in a flyer, local social-media post, or neighborhood advertisement.

  3. Do not make unrealistic promises.

  4. Do not use flashy words such as “luxury,” “transform your life,” “elite,” or exaggerated sales language.

  5. Do not make my cleaning service sound cheap or desperate.

  6. Focus on how the cleaning service can make one part of the homeowner's life easier.

  7. Keep the wording natural enough that I can edit it and make it sound like me.

After the 5 ideas, ask me which one sounds closest to my personality so we can improve that one instead of creating more random ideas.

Let's See How You Could Fill It Out

Let's say you want to market for the holidays.

You could give AI:

Season: Holidays

Area: Palmdale and Lancaster

Client: Busy homeowners preparing for family and guests

Problem: They are working, shopping, decorating, cooking and trying to keep the house clean at the same time.

What they would rather do: Spend their free time preparing for the holidays and enjoying their family.

Service: Regular house cleaning.

Result: One less chore to worry about and a clean home ready for family and guests.

Now the AI has something useful to work with.

Then Read What AI Gives You

This part is important.

Don't just copy and paste everything.

Read it.

Ask yourself:

Would I actually say this?

Does this sound like my business?

Am I promising something I don't provide?

Does this make sense for people in my local area?

Is this explaining a real problem?

If AI gives you something like:

“Experience an elevated oasis of pristine serenity this holiday season.”

Please don't put that on your flyer because I told you to use AI.

😂

Fix it.

Maybe your version becomes:

Busy getting ready for the holidays? Let me help keep the house clean while you focus on shopping, decorating, cooking and getting ready for your guests.

Simple.

People understand it.

You Can Tell AI: “That Doesn't Sound Like Me.”

You don't have to accept the first answer.

You can say:

“Make this simpler.”

“That sounds too salesy.”

“Make it sound more like a local house cleaner talking to a homeowner.”

“Take out the fancy words.”

“Give me a shorter version for a flyer.”

“Keep my original idea but make it easier to understand.”

That is how you use AI as a helper.

You guide it.

Don't Let AI Invent Your Business

This one matters.

If you only clean:

  • kitchens

  • bathrooms

  • bedrooms

  • living areas

don't let AI suddenly advertise:

Window washing!

Carpet shampooing!

Laundry service!

Professional organizing!

when you don't provide those things.

Read everything before you use it.

AI doesn't know your business unless you tell it.

You are still the boss.

Your Marketing Message Can Affect Who Responds

The way you describe your cleaning service can influence who pays attention to your advertisement.

For example:

Message #1:

CHEAP HOUSE CLEANING! LOW PRICES! CALL NOW!

That message is heavily focused on price.

Now compare it with:

Message #2:

Busy getting ready for holiday guests? Let me take regular house cleaning off your list so you can focus on shopping, cooking, decorating and spending time with your family.

That's a different message.

You are showing the homeowner:

“I understand what you're dealing with, and this is how my service may help.”

That is what I want you practicing.

Your 15-Minute AI Marketing Move

Okay, my Bonafide Peeps.

We're not going to spend three hours asking AI for 100 advertisements.

Set your timer for:

15 minutes

Minutes 1–3 — Pick One Season

Choose only one:

Spring.

Summer.

Back-to-School.

Fall.

Holidays.

Or another season or event that makes sense for your local area.

Minutes 4–6 — Write Down the Problem

Finish this sentence:

“During this season, my potential client may be struggling with...”

Write one problem.

Not ten.

Minutes 7–9 — Write Down How You Can Help

Finish:

“My cleaning service can help by...”

Keep it realistic.

Only offer what you actually provide.

Minutes 10–12 — Use the Prompt

Put your information into the Problem + Solution Marketing Prompt.

Ask AI for your five ideas.

Minutes 13–15 — Pick ONE

Do not keep generating.

Choose the one idea that feels closest to:

YOU.

Then edit it.

Take out anything that sounds fake.

Add anything important.

Make it local.

Make it simple.

Make it yours.

When Your 15 Minutes Are Finished

You should have:

  • one season

  • one homeowner problem

  • one way your cleaning service can help

  • five AI brainstorming ideas

  • and one marketing message you actually want to use

That's enough.

You don't need 50 posts.

You need one useful idea you can put to work.

Final Takeaway

AI can help when you're staring at a blank screen and don't know what to write.

But remember the order:

YOU identify the problem.

YOU know your service.

YOU know your local clients.

AI helps brainstorm the words.

Then:

YOU make the final decision.

That's how I want you using AI in your business.

Not:

“AI, build my business for me.”

But:

“AI, help me think through this one business task.”

One problem.

One solution.

One marketing message.

Then go use it.

Happy Business! You Got This!

Stay Bonafide — keep growing and glowing.
