My name is Nigellie Neal, and I have been self-employed in the house cleaning business for over 18 years.
I started my cleaning business with a co-working partner. We shared the workload, expenses, and profit while learning how to manage clients, cleaning jobs, supplies, customer service, marketing, bookkeeping, and the real responsibilities of running a business.
That experience helped prepare me to grow into a profitable solo house cleaner business owner.
Over the years, I have worked with amazing clients — nurses, firefighters, military families, police officers, teachers, retirees, business owners, and busy professional families who truly understand the value of hard work.
Some of my clients have been with me for over 15 years, and I thank God for the loyal, kind, and caring people I have been blessed to work with.
Now, I am not here to tell you I made six figures every year.
That is not my story.
But this business has helped me build a stable, balanced, and comfortable life. It helped me keep an excellent credit score, buy and sell property, pay my bills on time, buy cars, keep my weekends off, make my own schedule, attend my daughter’s school activities, and help with her university expenses.
To me, that is success.
Not flashy.
Not fake.
Not luxury-rich.
Just real-life business success that gave me freedom, stability, and peace.
And let me tell you — house cleaning is not easy.
Like one of my very first clients told me years ago:

Algunos de mis clientes han estado conmigo por más de 15 años, y le doy gracias a Dios por las personas leales, amables y consideradas con las que he tenido la bendición de trabajar.
Ahora, no estoy aquí para decirte que he ganado seis cifras cada año.
Esa no es mi historia.
Pero este negocio me ha ayudado a construir una vida estable, equilibrada y cómoda. Me ayudó a mantener un excelente puntaje de crédito, comprar y vender propiedad, pagar mis cuentas a tiempo, comprar carros, mantener mis fines de semana libres, hacer mi propio horario, asistir a las actividades escolares de mi hija y ayudar con sus gastos universitarios.
Para mí, eso es éxito.
No llamativo.
No falso.
No rico en lujos.
Solo éxito real de negocio que me dio libertad, estabilidad y paz.
